All of the programs above can be provided to agencies or referring authorities with either full-service or partial service delivery methods.

Full Service Electronic Monitoring

2WM provides full service monitoring that includes; monitoring, reporting, validating alerts and events, enrolling offenders, handling equipment and managing the offenders program.

Other Monitoring Tools

Voice Verification

A voice verification tool that uses an individual's biometric voice signature to ascertain their identity and compliance with a restrictive regime, usually coupled with other programs. No equipment required for the offender and can be utilized with any land line or cell phone.

Drug Patch

An effective transdermal patch worn continuously for 7 days, then lab tested for detection of numerous drugs. Fast & accurate lab results within 24-36 hours of lab's receipt. The patch retains drugs used at any time during its wear period via the user's sweat. We can use this in cases where offender/donor is suspect for diluting or tampering, as it cannot be diluted or tampered with. This method provides us another alternate to handle harder to monitor drug program participants.

Random Testing

2WM offers two proven testing methods to establish a complete random drug or alcohol testing environment as a way to monitor offenders substance use/abuse, in lieu of electronic monitoring.

1. Urine Analysis (UA) Programs use either 5 or 10 panel screening methods with the ability to add any drug panel for confirmation. EtG is also offered as a urinalysis for alcohol detection. All UA screening is discretely observed in our office by our professional office agents. If positive screening results occur, then specimen is sent out for lab analysis.

2. Breathalyzer
This breath test detects alcohol within 2-hours of an event and can be used on a daily basis as specified by the referring authority. Scheduled, random or on-demand testing offers flexibility.

Tests are done in a watch-drop environment with strict protocol on sample collection and 'chain-of-custody' requirements.
Specimens are sent via local courier to state approved test centers for quick test results.

Drug Testing - Specified random and constant drug testing via 5 panel UA or patch
Alcohol Testing - EtG and BAC
Program Level Flexibility - frequency and intensity based on the court order, referring authority or the frequency of suspect alerts requiring verification.
