Company History

2 Watch Monitoring, Inc. (2WM) was founded in 2002 in Washington state. In 2008, new President and CEO Lui L. Leasiolagi restructured and transformed 2WM into an innovative and dynamic industry leader. Together with a talented executive team, Lui created a new vision, developed a strategic business model and launched a significant marketing and sales program in order to propel 2WM into a respected electronic monitoring leader.

2WM now offers a family of products and services, highlighted by state of the art “active” and “live” electronic monitoring for drugs, alcohol and GPS tracking. We are continuously researching and developing our products & services with the goals of providing outstanding customer service and high-tech, comprehensive, in-house monitoring and reporting solutions to the criminal justice industry.

Our leadership team is a highly experienced group of goal-oriented individuals, with servant leadership attitudes. What we mean by this is that 2WM directors and executives lead by shaping our client's vision for services, then serving our clients, or doing whatever it takes to get the job done, in accordance with that unified vision. Our servant leadership attributes also apply to our inter-office staff. We strive to enhance, lift-up, empower, and encourage our staff to excel to the best of their abilities, in order to exceed our client's service expectations.

Service Approach

Being a service-oriented business, we rely on communications and relationships within our company and with our valued clients. Our inter-personal skills are also extended to the customer, or offender, who is often in need of supportive allies. Each of 2WM's agents and executives are very approachable and available. They will all be available by phone or email daily and on emergency basis. Our staff of qualified agents is knowledgeable, personable, courteous to the offenders, reliable, and all have a (pro-active and) “quick-response” attitude.
